I am DBT and CBT certified, and a certified ADHD services provider. I have experience in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum, mood disorders, OCD, Trauma, LGBTQ health, and Gender Affirming care.

  • My approach to therapy aims to provide my clients with a safe and validating environment while at the same time provide practical tools, strategies and supports that are not only tailored to the individual but also empower them to enact positive change in their own lives through agency and sense of competence. I work with clients where they are at, achieving progress that feels safe and supportive.

  • Some of my passions are Anime, gaming, my dog Izzy and cooking (not necessarily in that order)!

I also recently discovered the joy of growing plants and even have my own herb garden. Oh, and I have watched The Office at least 7 times now.
