Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do not accept any insurances. However, we are happy to provide a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider (out of network) for reimbursement.

  • Payments can be made through Venmo, Zelle, checks and Cash

  • We offer both in-person and virtual services and will be happy to coordinate the best modality for you and your child.

  • If we have a scheduled meeting, we expect 24 hours notice prior to cancelling, otherwise we charge payment for the missed session.

  • Our offices are located at 1180 Beacon Street in Brookline MA, Suite B LL

  • We firmly believe that successful treatment requires the support of all of your child’s relevant treatment teams and supports, and make collateral work part of our practice.

  • Determining your child’s needs is an integral part of our practice. We will work with your child’s clinician to identify the appropriate services our team can provide as well as refer out to our network of trusted and experienced professionals when needed.

  • Yes! All of our clinicians have extensive crisis management skills and have experience working with young people in partial and inpatient hospitalization settings. Individualized treatment plans that include individual and family therapy, DBT coaching Executive Functioning coaching, parental guidance, will successfully help transition your child back into the community.

  • With over 25 years of experience of working with the justice system, our practice leader, Jeff Butts, has established many relationships with experienced litigators and state agencies. If your child is arrested or are at risk of arrest, we can be an invaluable resource.
