I am committed to working with young people to realize their inherent strengths and to develop new skills to face their struggles. I am an experienced clinician with training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, crisis management, parental guidance, and the management of self-harming behaviors. I have worked across a continuum of treatment settings including schools, acute mental health services, and grief and trauma groups. I believe in honoring the individuality and uniqueness of each young person. I will always meet young people where they are and can tailor material and sessions to be developmentally appropriate for clients of varying ages, identities, and abilities.

I hold a Master’s degree from Lesley University in clinical mental health counseling. My goal is to provide treatment, counseling, psychoeducation, and coaching to children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating hardships and regaining control of their environments. I believe success with clients means setting attainable goals, building their support systems, and instilling confidence in themselves for the future.

As a Latine immigrant, I have a social justice perspective and believe in making self-care more accessible and meaningful to people of all backgrounds and identities. I support clients in developing the ability to be proactive rather than reactive in their own lives. I believe language and communication influences thoughts and actions. Through the power of collaboration and connection, we will work together on building you the bright future and fulfilling life that you deserve.
I can offer individual outpatient therapy up to 3 times weekly and can work with your family to create a customized Intensive Outpatient Program including individual therapy, DBT and Executive Function coaching and parental guidance, along with individual DBT coaching sessions.

I love cooking, eating and being outside (when it’s warm!). I love all animals but most of all, my bobtail cat, Stevie Wonder. I like Parks and Rec better than The Office (sorry Mike). Humor is my favorite coping skill; funny jokes, funny shows, goofy filters- I love it all
